Introducing....

This is the hubby a.k.a Paul. You can call him Mr. Budd if you want to - it has a certain sexiness to it, don't you think? (Don't answer that unless you agree.) Isn't he cute!! I like him a lot. He and I have been with each other for 5 very long and very short years. We dated for almost four years before we were married last year on August 8th. What's that? You want to know how we met? Well let me tell you.

We've known each other since the seventh grade but we were never friends. We had 11th grade English together in which he named me 'Man Hands' because my hands were relatively bigger than those of teeny weeny Megan B. who had baby carrots for fingers. Such a jerk, I know. However mean he was, I still enjoyed the eye candy that was he as he strolled down the hallways of Riverton High. As a football player he had amazing calves which he shaved (and still does!) and they were oh-so-yummy. As was his arms, his thighs, his bum...... or wait, where was I? Right. So I went off to college (yay Snow!!) and my sophomore year there he came down for his freshman year and the first time we hung out was my second to last night before graduation. Good timing. Good thing I started dating my neighbor and his best friend that summer when we came home from college. He called me up and asked me to go out with him cuz he didn't know his friend and I were actually 'dating' and not just 'chillin.' So good-bye Paul's best friend and HELLO Paul!! And we lived happily ever after.

And of course you have to meet Bacardi. This is my baby, our only child. He is almost a year old and I just love him. He's my little tag-along. He will follow me everywhere unless he's bored and he just wants to plop his lazy butt down under the table. The poor guy has to be outside a lot now because we just had new carpet installed and his shedding is just awful. I'm kind of a control-freak...enough said.
So anyway, he's still a puppy and a lab so that means tonz of energy and then add the fact that he can't come in all that much and that means that he is doubly hyper and obnoxious. Sigh. I miss when he was a wee little puppy. But he's still my baby. I wuv him.
