I'm jealous.
I had dreams of having hair like this when I started growing it out six or seven years ago:
My hair would never do such a thing. It also helps to have a buttload of cash, personal stylists and possible extensions.
And another note: I think she's too young to be wearing Britney Spears' costume britches.
